Most people eat far too much food at each meal. Either that, or they don’t eat enough, and their body goes into starvation mode. If you want to burn fat quickly, you should avoid both of those possibilities.

Instead, eat 4-6 meals per day, but only have a handful of food per meal. This will ensure that your body doesn’t go into starvation mode; you’ll have enough energy throughout your day to function properly, but not enough that your body could store it into fat.

The human body is meant to move. Before there were cars, elevators, escalators and TV remote controls, we would have to hunt, gather and move from spot to spot in order to find food sources. Our bodies are meant to exercise!

In order to burn fat quickly, you have to exercise. Ideally, you should be exercising for an hour a day, but even 20 minutes per day will help a great deal. To burn fat quickly, you need to burn calories. Exercise is the best way to do this.
