"I loved teaching," says Kami, who is now a Double Diamond Executive with ItWorks! Marketing. "I feel like that's a gift of mine that I will probably go back to sometime in the future, but I want to put time in with my kids right now." The lifestyle that her It Works! business has provided has allowed her to do just that - and so much more.

"My husband and I are able to make some decisions for our children's futures that we would not have been able to without ItWorks!," Kami says, and notes that her family has risen to a new level of prosperity, as they now have a better living situation, are involved in more activities together, and can afford better schools for their children than they could have prior to their ItWorks! business. "We have the financial capability and time to do things together now... We have had aspirations to do short-term missions, and we can afford to do that now."

Indeed, it is so much more than the growing paychecks that has Kami excited about her ItWorks! business. She not only has been able to realize some of her family's aspirations, but has found meaningful purpose in helping others do the same. "God has given us an opportunity here that we need to take advantage of," Kami says. "We're helping people get healthier, and we're helping them get set up financially... We get excited about how we can really bless others with this opportunity in those areas."

Kami's convictions stem, in part, from witnessing the effects that the ItWorks! products have had on her husband's health. "He had a cholesterol level over 300 at age 29," she recalls, "and it lowered about 150 points just using Dr. Don's Dailies." While some companies depend on short-lived excitement to bring people into multi-level marketing opportunities, Kami believes that ItWorks! is set apart by its firm foundation in quality products. Kami lives in Grand Rapids, Michigan with her husband, Nathan, their two sons, Landon and Colton, and their yellow lab, Trooper. She enjoys staying home with the kids, scrapbooking, basketball, golf, and shopping.
